We are seeking a Program Manager to support the DLA Real Property in a telework role and be willing to visit the customer site as needed by the government customer in Dayton, OH.

Duties and responsibilities include:

+ 5 years of experience as senior manager or technical advisor in DoD Real Property, Master Planning, SAP, or field related to RP (buildings and structures).

+ Professional experience should also include strong knowledge of various software, scheduling, and audits in the real property environment

+ Demonstrate a working knowledge of installation infrastructure, real property and facility support.

+ Understand facility management and equipment life cycle management

+ Familiar with DLA, DoD and MILDEP Real Property policies and procedures

+ Provides project management and/or senior advisory support for complex programs/projects.

+ Provides decisive direction for business, technical, and personnel management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities.

+ Responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost, and schedule, utilizing SAP. Performs data analysis and performs various technical training in Real Property and SAP related systems.

+ Knowledgeable of DoD project management, RPIR/RPAR/CIPR, FIAR, DoD Financial Management Regulations, and CFOA.

+ Experienced in SAPTM applications and SQL preferred

+ Fluent in speaking, reading, writing and understanding the English language including unique technical terminology required to perform services

+ Travel may be required

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen

+ Bachelors Degree from an accredited University or Project Management Professional (PMP) equivalent. Educational requirement may be substituted by 10 years of direct related experience

+ 5years of direct experience in working with SAP, providing software and database solutions.

+ ProvidesReal Property (RP) data base support and reporting.

+ Performstroubleshooting to solve complex software or IT issues relating to SAP.

+ Highlevel of proficiency in SQL and SAP is a must.

+ Knowledgeablein management procedures for administrative, distribution, warehouse, industrialplants, and petroleum facilities; experience in project requirement preparation,economic analysis, programming, planning, design, and construction; and experiencein development and training of real property management applications.

+ Experiencewith advising customers during the planning and execution of Business andImplementation Plans, real property systems, (such as the SAP-based platformEBS) and equipment life cycle management.

+ Familiarwith all DLA, DoD, and MILDEP Real Property policies and procedures

+ Fluentin speaking, reading, writing and understanding the English language including uniquetechnical terminology required to perform services.

+ Travel may be required

+ Active certification, one of the following:

+ CCNA Security




+ Security+CE



+ CCNP Security


+ CISSP (or Associate)



+ Bachelors of Science: Management Information Systems or Computer Science


+ High School diploma with 10 years of directly related IT experience


+ Equivalent certification/training in SQL/IT with 5 years of experience
