Redneck Trailer Supplies is the nation's largest distributor of trailer parts and supplies and we are seeking a Branch Manager. We have been in business since 1979 and now have 20 branches in 17 states.





The Branch Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all daily operations in the facility. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,



+ overseeing warehouse operations


+ managing inside and outside sales staff


+ oversight of branch financial controls & budgets to achieve ROI


+ sales & profit contribution goals


+ being in direct communication with and visiting key accounts


+ handling of recruiting and human resources to ensure proper staffing


+ maintaining proper inventory levels to meet customer demand


+ setting deadlines to ensure completion of company mission statement


+ ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented and followed


+ coaching, training and development of employees for successful growth in the company






We are looking for a candidate that will take our core values to heart and has a strong drive to succeed in our industry. This position requires strong leadership abilities and strong organization and planning skills. Redneck Trailer Supplies provides training for newly hired experienced managers both at their branch, at other Redneck Trailer Supplies locations, and at our home office in Springfield, Missouri.





Minimum Education Required*: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field


Minimum Experience Required*: Six years prior supervisory experience; three years prior management experience in retail or wholesale parts distribution


*Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
